The painter will work with the maintenance staff and be responsible for rehabbing and painting multi-family, apartment dwellings. Most of our work focuses on interiors of units after tenants move out and before new renters move in. We're looking for experienced Painters who understand the industry best practices and apply them to every aspect of their work.
Leasing Consultant – Alpine Heights, Creekside Landing & Springwell Village – St. Charles County, MO
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals. This position is also responsible for interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.
Maintenance Technician – Residences at Forest Park & The Euclid – Central West End, St. Louis, MO
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for responding to maintenance requests as instructed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. This position ensures that the physical aspects of the properties meet the company’s established standards and any applicable laws. Qualifications for this full-time position are working knowledge in plumbing, electrical and small appliance repair. HVAC/EPA certified preferred.
