Kelli has over 10 years experience in managing a wide-variety of multifamily properties in St. Louis, Kansas City, Illinois, Indiana, and Arkansas from vintage properties to brand-new construction and Class A lease-ups.
Kelli currently manages a portfolio of mixed-use communities and luxury lease-ups. Kelli has completed 11 Class A lease-ups at 2B Residential. She is currently a member of the Next Gen board with the St. Louis Apartment Association, which encourages networking, mentoring, and education for the next generation of the apartment industry. Kelli has earned the recognition of her peers in the industry, being awarded the St. Louis Apartment Association’s Multi-Site Supervisor of the Year award in 2023.
