We are proud to announce that 2B Residential took home 3 individual awards at the 2017 St. Louis Apartment Association “Rising Stars Banquet”!
This is the premiere annual event hosted by the St. Louis Apartment Association, with over 600 industry professionals in attendance. The awards took place on April 28, 2017 at the Sheraton Wesport, and honored the best properties, industry professionals and management companies in St. Louis in the past year.
This year, we are thrilled that 3 of our team members won individual awards:
One of our top Leasing Consultants, Brooke Pate, won the award for Leasing Specialist of the Year for properties with 251-400 units.
Two of our property managers, Nicholas Brown and Mark Milford took home Property Manager of the Year awards in their class.
Nicholas Brown is the property manager of the award-winning Parkway Lakeside Apartment Homes in O’Fallon IL, which won the distinguished Property of the Year award back in 2014.
Mark Milford and Brooke Pate are both on the management team of another award-winning property, Cortona at Forest Park, which has won 2 Property of the Year awards in both 2015 and 2016.
